Chocolate Souffle

Chocolate Souffle is simple to cook. The butter with eggs gives the Chocolate Souffle a velvety taste.
Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate 3 1⁄2 Ounce (plain)
  Butter 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Superfine caster sugar 3 Ounce
  Butter 1 Teaspoon (for greasing)
Directions

Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl with the butter.
Melt in the microwave oven on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add the egg yolks to the chocolate and butter mixture.
Whisk the egg whites to firm peaks, then gradually add the sugar, whisking continuously.
Gently fold this meringue into the chocolate mixture.
Grease the base of a mold (mould) 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter and pour in the mixture.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Remove the mold (mould) from the oven, uncover and leave the souffle to cool completely.

This was really good! It didn't look thoroughly cooked and does not taste like cake, but it is definitely chocolatey goodness! Nice and easy, 20 mins, and great!
