|Butter||3 1⁄2 Ounce|

|Superfine caster sugar||3 Ounce|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (for greasing)|
Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl with the butter.
Melt in the microwave oven on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add the egg yolks to the chocolate and butter mixture.
Whisk the egg whites to firm peaks, then gradually add the sugar, whisking continuously.
Gently fold this meringue into the chocolate mixture.
Grease the base of a mold (mould) 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter and pour in the mixture.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Remove the mold (mould) from the oven, uncover and leave the souffle to cool completely.
