Ingredients
  Lobster 1 , boiled
  Mushrooms 3 , sliced
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 425F degrees
2.Also cut lobsters into halves, remove meat and break into small pieces

MAKING
3.In pan, cook mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter
4.Add paprika, mustard, parsley and sherry
5.Heat to boiling
6.Melt remaining butter, blend in flour, add cream and cook until thickened, stirring constantly
7.Season with salt
8.Now add mushroom mixture and lobster
9.Fill shell with mixture
10.Sprinkle with cheese
11.Bake in very hot oven for 15-20 minutes

SERVING
12.Serve with salads
