Potatoes Dauphinoise - Oven Roasted Idaho Potatoes

This high protein dish from French cuisine can be prepared by baking.
Ingredients
  Idaho potatoes 1 Pound, sliced
  Gruyere cheese/Swiss cheese 100 Gram, grated
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or mixture of egg and milk)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. In small ramekin, place the sliced potatoes, top with cream and gruyere cheese.
3. Place the ramekins in a baking sheet and bake in over for 25 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve Potatoes Dauphinoise with garlic bread.

TIPS
Add different flavors depending on your taste. You can also use herbs, vegetables, bacons.
