Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Burgundy/Other red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
Nice served on toasted buns with a favorite topping
