Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients
  Mashed sweet potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Butter stick 3⁄4
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use 1/2 Cup, If Canned Potatoes Are Used)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mash sweet potatoes well, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into casserole and bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add the following topping.
