Mix together in a 2-cup glass measuring cup: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup Burgundy wine, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
Stir every minute during cooking.
