Baked Eggs With Lobster Bisque

Ingredients
  Shallots 2 , crushed
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Lobster bisque 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream/Crme fraiche 3 Tablespoon
  Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Shelled shrimp 2 Ounce (Prawns)
  Eggs 4 Large
Directions

Put the shallots in a bowl with the butter and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Mix together the lobster bisque, sour cream (creme fraiche) and cognac in a bowl.
Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir in the shrimp (prawns) and the shallots.
Divide the mixture between 4 ramekin dishes.
Break 1 egg into each dish.
Gently prick each yolk with a toothpick (cocktail stick) in 2 or 3 places so that it does not burst.
Arrange the ramekins in a circle in the microwave oven, leaving the center of the oven empty.
Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Leave to stand for 1 minute .
