Leek And Brie Pizza Fingers

Ingredients
  Butter 50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Sliced leeks 1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)
  Whipping cream 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cups)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Flat bread 1 Large, cut in half
  Brie cheese 1⁄4 Pound, cut into bits (125 Grams)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In large heavy pan, melt butter over medium low heat; cook leeks for 15 minutes or until softened but not browned.
Add cream and bring to boil; boil, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes or until thickened and reduced by half.
Stir in Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Spread leek mixture over bread; scatter Brie over top.
Bake on baking sheets in 400°F (200°C) oven for about 12 minutes or until crust is crisped and cheese melted.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Cut into fingers to serve.
