Creamy French Dressing

the creamy french dressing is a salad dressing prepared with egg yolks. Made with viinegar and salad oil along with mustard, pepper, paprika, salt and sugar, the creamy french dressing can be stored in the fridge for later use.
Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , well beaten
  Paprika 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Add to egg yolks.
Beat in vinegar alternately with small amount of oil.
Beat in water.
If a blender is used, put egg yolks in first, then dry ingredients, adding all of the vinegar and oil.
Blend well, then blend in boiling water.
Store in refrigerator.
