Make feather light pancakes by using 1 tablespoon batter for each pancake or crepe.
Spread each crepe with a small amount of sour cream and caviar.
Roll; secure with cocktail pick.
Keep warm in lightly buttered blazer pan of chafing dish placed in water jacket.
