Smoked Salmon Pate

Ingredients
  Smoked salmon 8 Ounce, chopped, minced or sliced
  Olive oil/2 tablespoons olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients except the cream together to form a smooth paste.
Add the cream to give a soft consistency.
Serve with sliced olives sprinkled on top after putting the mixture into a bowl.
