Fruit Melange

Ingredients
  Canned pitted dark sweet cherries 16 Ounce, drained and halved (Water Pack)
  Fresh strawberries 1 Pint, sliced
  Cantaloupe 1 Medium, cut into balls
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (Juice Pack)
  Low calorie orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped candied ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Banana 1 Medium, sliced (1 Cup)
  Fresh mint leaves 6
Directions

Chill fruits; layer cherries, strawberries, melon, and pineapple in compote or large glass bowl.
Combine orange marmalade, hot water, and candied ginger.
Drizzle over fruit.
Chill.
Arrange banana atop fruit mixture. (To keep banana from darkening, dip in ascorbic acid color keeper or lemon juice mixed with a little water.)
Garnish with mint.
