|Canned pitted dark sweet cherries||16 Ounce, drained and halved (Water Pack)|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Pint, sliced|
|Cantaloupe||1 Medium, cut into balls|
|Canned pineapple chunks||15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (Juice Pack)|
|Low calorie orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped candied ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Banana||1 Medium, sliced (1 Cup)|
|Fresh mint leaves||6|
Chill fruits; layer cherries, strawberries, melon, and pineapple in compote or large glass bowl.
Combine orange marmalade, hot water, and candied ginger.
Drizzle over fruit.
Arrange banana atop fruit mixture. (To keep banana from darkening, dip in ascorbic acid color keeper or lemon juice mixed with a little water.)
Garnish with mint.
