French Chocolate

This french chocolate can be prepared at home with bitter chocolate whipping cream and milk as the main ingredients. Flavored with vanilla, the french chocolate is cooked and stirred in with milk to serve and can be presented as dessert.
Ingredients
  Bitter chocolate square 2 1⁄2
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs), heated
Directions

Cook the chocolate with water until thick, stirring to prevent sticking.
Add sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
Cool.
Add vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place a generous spoonful of sauce in serving cup.
Add hot milk to fill cup.
Stir until mixed.
(Sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator.)
