|Bitter chocolate square||2 1⁄2|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs), heated|
Cook the chocolate with water until thick, stirring to prevent sticking.
Add sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place a generous spoonful of sauce in serving cup.
Add hot milk to fill cup.
Stir until mixed.
(Sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator.)
