|Unbleached flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cold|
|Ice water||3 Tablespoon|
In a mixing bowl stir together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Cut in cold butter till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the water over part of the mixture; gently toss with a fork.
Push to side of bowl.
Repeat till all is moistened.
Form dough into a ball.
Wrap and chill dough for 1 hour.
Roll out and bake as directed for Cranberry Orange Tart.
