French Bread Pizzas

|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed herbs/2 teaspoons dried herbs||2 Tablespoon|

|Tomatoes||2 , sliced|
|Grated gruyere cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Cut the bread in half lengthways and spread the tomato paste over the cut surfaces.
Sprinkle with the he and garlic, if using.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes sai salami on each piece of french bread.
Sprinkle with the capers and top with the cheese.
Cut each piece of bread in two.
Place on lightly oiled baking trays and bake in a preheated moderately hot oven, 200C (400F), for 15 minutes.
