|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream/Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cleaned cooked shrimp||3⁄4 Pound|
|Plain yogurt||16 Ounce|
Melt butter in a saucepan; add onion and green pepper and saute until tender.
Mix in flour, to-mato paste and cream; cook over low heat, stir-ring, until sauce becomes thickened and smooth.
Add basil, salt and pepper; cook about 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and yogurt; heat thoroughly.
Serve garnished with lemon slices and chives.
