Quiche Lorraine

The quiche lorraine is a special preparation of quiche hailing from the Lorraine region of France. Prepared with eggs, yogurt, milk and sprinkled with parmesan cheese, the quiche lorraine is baked in pastry shells and flavored with nutmeg.
Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked and crumbled
  Sliced scallion 2 Tablespoon (Including Tops)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Sprinkle cheese, bacon and scallion over bottom of pastry shell.
Beat eggs, yogurt, cornstarch, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg together.
Pour into pastry shfell.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30to39 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comeb out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving).
