Cheese Cereal Souffle

The cheese cereal souffle is a crunchy and cheesey souffle prepared with cooked cereal and canadian cheese. Combined with butter, milk and eggs spiced with mustard and paprika along with pepper, the cheese cereal souffle is baked until firm.
Ingredients
  Grated canadian cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper/Paprika / mace 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cracked Wheat Is Best)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
Directions

Combine cheese, mustard, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
Add butter and milk to cereal, add the dry ingredients and beaten egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into oiled casserole.
Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 F.
Until firm.
Test with a knife.
