Yogurt French Dressing

The yogurt french dressing is prepared with plain yogurt and olive oil with lemon juice to taste. thoghly blended it is seasoned with white pepper and salt and can be chilled before using.
Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce, chilled
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/To taste salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste 2 Tablespoon, squeezed and strained
Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Beat until thoroughly blended.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Note: Lime juice or wine vinegar may be substi-tuted for lemon juice.
Variations: Garlic Yogurt French Dressing: Add 1 medium clove garlic, crushed.
Onion Yogurt French Dressing: Add 2 table-spoons minced shallots, mild onion or scallions.
Herb Yogurt French Dressing: Add minced fresh oAcrushed dried herbs such as basil, dill, chives, parsley, tarragon and oregano, alone or in com-patible combinations.
Paprika Yogurt French Dressing: Add 1/2 tea spoon sweet Hungarian paprika or to taste.
Curry Yogurt French Dressing: Add 1 teaspoon curry powder or to taste, 2 tablespoons minced scallions and, if desired, 2 tablespoons peeled, minced and deseeded tomato.
Very good with seafood, chicken, meats or vegetables.
Egg and Olive Yogurt French Dressing: Add 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped and 8 pimiento-stuffed green olives, chopped.
