Quick French Dressing
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper white||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Bring the vinegar and garlic to boiling in a small saucepan; strain mixture into a screw-top jar.
Add salt, pepper, and dry mustard (add sugar if desired).
Cover tightly and shake well.
Add desired amount of salad oil or olive oil to a portion of the vinegar mixture just before salad dressing is needed.
