Carrots Lyonnaise

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Pound (3 Cups)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
Directions

Heat butter in a saucepan.
Add carrots and remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, or until carrots are tender; stir occasionally.
