Ingredients
  French bread loaf 1
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Eggs 8 Small, beaten
  Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Half and half 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 0.5 Stick)
Directions

Cut the bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the cut sides.
Cut into cubes and arrange in a 9xl3 inch baking dish.
Combine the eggs, the 1/2 cup maple syrup and half-and-half in a bowl; mix well.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Chill, covered, for 8 to 10 hours.
Bake the next morning at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine the butter and the 1/4 cup maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Heat until butter melts, stirring frequently.
Do not boil.
Drizzle over the baked casserole.
Add more syrup if you prefer a sweeter dish.
