Ham & Broccoli Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Broccoli florets 1⁄2 Pound (About 225 Grams)
  Cooked ham slices 4 Large
  Butter 1 Ounce (About 25 Grams Or 2 Tablespoon)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon (45 Milliliter)
  Milk 3⁄4 Pint (About 450 Milliliter Or 2 1/8 Cup)
  Grated cheese 3 Ounce (About 75 Grams Or 0.75 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, gas 6.
2 Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain and divide between the slices of ham.
Roll them up and arrange in a shallow ovenproof dish.
3 Melt the butter, stir in the flour and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
Gradually add the milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add 50 g (2 oz) (1/2 cup) of the cheese, season to taste and pour over the ham rolls.
4 Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake for 25-35 minutes.
Serve immediately.
