Mackerel Pate

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel fillets 4
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 2/3 Cup)
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound, melted (About 223 Grams Or 1 Cup)
  Stuffed green olives 1 Ounce, sliced (About 25 Grams)
  Lemon slice 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Skin and flake the mackerel fillets.
Put the fish, lemon juice, cream cheese and melted butter in a blender and blend to a puree.
(Alternatively, mash the fillets with a fork and pass them through a sieve before blending them with the lemon juice, cream cheese and butter.) Season to taste.
2 Pour the puree into a 450 g (1 lb) loaf tin (pan) or suitable serving dish.
Smooth the top with a knife and decorate with the sliced olives.
Chill and serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
