Quick Liver Pate
|Liver sausage||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soft margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Stuffed olives||2 (For Garnish)|
Place the liver sausage in a bowl and blend in the margarine and cream cheese.
Stir in the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Spoon into two individual dishes and smooth the tops.
Slice the olives and use to garnish the pate.
Serve with toast or bread rolls and tomatoes.
