|9 inch unbaked pie shell||1 (Deep)|
|Grated swiss cheese||6 Ounce|
|Diced green peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Drained mushrooms/Sliced fresh||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk/Half and half / carnation evaporated||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble, set aside.
Saute together green pepper, onion and mushrooms; drain.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk and seasonings, mix well.
In unbaked pie shell, sprinkle cheese, then bacon and green pepper mixture.
Gently pour on egg mixture.
Bake for 12 minutes at 400Â°F, or 30 minutes at 325Â°F.
