French Dressing

Ingredients
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped onion/Few finely chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  Castor sugar 1 Teaspoon (Superfine)
  Olive oil/Vegetable / corn oil 1⁄4 Pint
  White wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend the first six ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix in the oil slowly with a whisk or spoon.
Finally stir in the vinegar or vinegar and lemon juice.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
