Cheesy Millet Souffle

|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dill seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Eggs||4 , separated|
|Millet||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked in milk|
|Nutritional yeast||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
Combine milk and egg yolks.
Blend in rest of ingredients except egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Turn into oiled custard cups.
Bake at 350Â° F., about 20 minutes.
