Cheesy Millet Souffle

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dill seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Millet 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked in milk
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Combine milk and egg yolks.
Blend in rest of ingredients except egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Turn into oiled custard cups.
Bake at 350° F., about 20 minutes.
