Easy Chicken Fricassee

Chicken fricasse is a microwaved preparation of chicken with artichoke hearts. Cooked in chicken stock, the chicken fricasse has eggs, cream and cheese in it. stirred together and toped with cheese slices, it is baked and can be served with a side salad. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 1 Large
  Butter 60 Gram
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned artichoke hearts 400 Gram, halved
  Processed cheese slice 4 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1.
Remove meat from chicken and chop into cubes.
2.
Melt butter for 40 seconds on HIGH in a jug.
Stir in flour; cook a further 40 seconds.
3.
Gradually stir in chicken stock.
Cook for 5-6 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.

Stir in chopped chicken, egg yolk, cream, nutmeg and artichokes.
5.
Pour into a 11/2-litre casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 4 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
Stir well.
6.
Lay cheese slices across middle of dish.
Cook a further 1-2 minutes on HIGH.
7.
Sprinkle with parsley.
