Creamed Mushroom Crepes

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Grated gruyere cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crepes 8
  Chopped parsley 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook onions and mushrooms in hot butter until mushrooms are done.
Add cream, salt, and pepper.
Remove mushrooms with slotted spoon and reserve.
Dissolve flour in water; stir into creamy mixture in pan.
Sim mer until thickened, stirring often.
Add cheese and heat through.
Fill crepes with mushrooms, roll up and place in greased baking pan.
Spoon creamy sauce over crepes.
Heat at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
