Souffle Fruit Salad
|Lime gelatin||7 Gram|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Peeled and diced apples||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seeded red grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add coldwater, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Blendwell with rotary mixer.
Pour into ice cube tray; freeze 15 to 20 minutes or until firm around edges but soft in center.
Pour mixture into bowl; whip until fluffy.
Fold in apples, grapes and walnuts.
Pour into 1 quart mold; chill until firm.
Unmold; garnish with grapes, pears and plums.
