Souffle Fruit Salad

Tried this Souffle Salad last week and believe me when I say that it was an instant hit. This is a pretty easy salad, however takes time for the freezing and chilling part. Check out the recipe of Souffle Salad.
  Lime gelatin 7 Gram
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peeled and diced apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seeded red grapes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add coldwater, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Blendwell with rotary mixer.
Pour into ice cube tray; freeze 15 to 20 minutes or until firm around edges but soft in center.
Pour mixture into bowl; whip until fluffy.
Fold in apples, grapes and walnuts.
Pour into 1 quart mold; chill until firm.
Unmold; garnish with grapes, pears and plums.
