Beef And Mushroom Burgundy
|Beef gravy||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Beef||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Mashed potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
Add beef gravy, wine, steak sauce and Tabasco.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add beef cubes and heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put in ovenproof dish and surroundwith mashed potatoes.
Bake in 450-degree oven for 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
