Calorie Counters Crepe Batter

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant nonfat dry milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Beat with electric mixer, blend in a blender, or whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
If batter separates, stir gently before cooking.
Cook on upside down crepe griddle or in traditional pan
