|Canned mandarin oranges||22 Ounce (2 Small Cans)|
|Apricot jam||3 Tablespoon, sieved|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Candied orange slices||6 (For Garnish)|
|Dessert crepes||6 (Warm)|
Drain mandarin oranges; mix them with jam.
Lightly whip the cream until thick but not buttery.
Place in a pastry bag with small star nozzle.
Spoon mandarin mixture into the center of each crepe and roll up.
Pipe a line of cream on each pancake and decorate with candy orange slices.
