Ingredients
  Canned mandarin oranges 22 Ounce (2 Small Cans)
  Apricot jam 3 Tablespoon, sieved
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Candied orange slices 6 (For Garnish)
  Dessert crepes 6 (Warm)
Directions

Drain mandarin oranges; mix them with jam.
Lightly whip the cream until thick but not buttery.
Place in a pastry bag with small star nozzle.
Spoon mandarin mixture into the center of each crepe and roll up.
Pipe a line of cream on each pancake and decorate with candy orange slices.
