Cannelloni Crepes

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cube 1 , dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese/Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated
  Crepes 8 (Warm)
  Watercress 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Fry onions in hot vegetable oil for 5 minutes, Add meat and cook for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in tomato sauce and 1/4 cup flour.
Add bouillon, sliced mushrooms, and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a separate small pan.
Stir in 1/4 cup flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in cups milk.
Bring to a boil while stirring.
Blend in 1/4 cup cheese.
Remove from heat; leave cover on.
Fill warm crepes with ground beef mixture and roll up.
Place them in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil for about 3 minutes or until golden.
Serve at once.
Garnish with watercress.
