Easy Cassoulet

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned navy beans 30 Ounce (Two 15 Ounce Cans)
  Cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
Directions

In skillet cook sausage, onion, and garlic till meat is browned and onion is tender; drain off fat.
Stir in undrained navy beans, cubed ham, white wine, parsley, bay leaf, and cloves.
Turn mixture into a 11/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover; bake for 40 to 45 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve in bowls.
