Hawaiian French Toast
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||8 , cooked and set aside|
|Bread slice||8 (Day Old One Is Better)|
|Pineapple slice||5 , drained|
Combine eggs, pineapple juice, and salt.
This will be the liquid in which you soak each piece of bread.
Cook bacon crisp in medium skillet, drain it, and set aside, reserving fat.
Soak each piece of bread in the liquid.
Fry it quickly on both sides in bacon drip pings.
Put it on a heated platter.
Garnish with bacon strips and a slice of pineapple.
