|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon bits/6 strips bacon||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), fried and crumbled|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crepes||12 , cooked|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a small mixing bowl mix cream cheese with milk, onion, garlic salt, pepper, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in bacon and green pepper.
Spread 2 tablespoons cheese mixture over each crepe.
Make 2 stacks, each 6 crepes high.
Sprinkle tops with chopped pecans.
Re frigerate until firm 1 hour or more.
Cut into wedges for serving.
