Sausage Ratatouille

Sausage Ratatouille is a delicious recipe that you would love to prepare on every party. Try this sausage dish; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this!
Ingredients
  Italian sausages 4 Large
  Yellow squash 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pattypan 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2
  Onions 1
  Green beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggplant 1
  Green pepper 1
  Zucchini 1
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil, slice and brown sausage.
Layer in a 2 quart buttered casserole dish, sliced, halved or whole: crookneck squash, pattypan squash,chives, tomatoes, onions, chives, green beans, eggplant, green pepper and zucchini.
Put sausage layer on top of this; sprinkle sausage with seasonings and dot with butter.
Pour in a glug of wine.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and broil.
