Crepes Romaine

These Crepes Romaine are truly tempting !This dish with the smoked salmon tastes incredible ! Try out these Crepes Romaine for your next meal and tell me if you like them !
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce, diced
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Warm crepes 8

Fry onion in butter until soft.
Stir in flour.
Add cream a little at a time.
Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and then add rest of ingredients.
Season to taste.
Place a heaping tablespoon on each crepe, roll up and place in a buttered oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, dot with butter, and bake in a preheated oven (400°F) for 5 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and crepes are hot throughout.
