|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, diced|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Chopped dill||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Fry onion in butter until soft.
Stir in flour.
Add cream a little at a time.
Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and then add rest of ingredients.
Season to taste.
Place a heaping tablespoon on each crepe, roll up and place in a buttered oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, dot with butter, and bake in a preheated oven (400Â°F) for 5 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and crepes are hot throughout.
