Tangy Apple Crepes

Ingredients
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Tangy apples 5 Medium, peeled, cored and sliced 0.5 inch thick
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All spice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crepes 8
Directions

Melt margarine over medium heat in a large pan.
Gently cook apples, mixed with lemon juice, peel, and spices about 8 minutes or until apples are just tender.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer after sprinkling with sugar.
Cool to room temperature.
Roll up about 3 tablespoons filling in crepes and place seam side down in baking dish.
Cover with remaining filling.
Tightly cover dish with foil and bake at 325°F for about 25 minutes
