Tangy Apple Crepes
|Tangy apples||5 Medium, peeled, cored and sliced 0.5 inch thick|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon peel||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|All spice||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt margarine over medium heat in a large pan.
Gently cook apples, mixed with lemon juice, peel, and spices about 8 minutes or until apples are just tender.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer after sprinkling with sugar.
Cool to room temperature.
Roll up about 3 tablespoons filling in crepes and place seam side down in baking dish.
Cover with remaining filling.
Tightly cover dish with foil and bake at 325Â°F for about 25 minutes
