French Onion Soup
|Condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French bread slices||4 , thin ones|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Tablespoon|
Combine onion soup and water, following label directions, in a medium size saucepan; heat to boiling.
While soup heats, brush each slice with melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with cheese and toast.
Ladle soup into cups or soup bowls; float a toast slice on each.
