French Raisin Pie
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Diamond)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sun Maid)|
|9 inch unbaked pie shell||1|
In medium bowl, cream sugar and butter.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, walnuts and raisins.
In small bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
Fold into walnut-raisin mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated 325CF oven about 1 hour.
Cool completely on wire rack.
