Ever-Green Salad With Herbed French Dressing

Ingredients
  Escarole 1⁄2 Pound (Tender)
  Chicory 1⁄2 Pound (Tender)
  Spinach leaves 1⁄2 Pound (Stems Removed)
  Chinese cabbage 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch pieces
  Endives 2 , sliced lengthwise
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled and cut into thin slices
  Cooked green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Herbed french dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wash greens well; pat-dry.
Tear or cut into small pieces.
Place ingredients in large salad bowl.
Just before serving, pour Herbed French Dressing over greens; toss lightly.
