Main Dish Crepes

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, oil, and salt; beat with a rotary beater till blended.
Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet; remove from heat.
Spoon in about 2 tablespoons batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly.
Return to heat; brown on one side only.
Invert pan over paper toweling; remove crepe.
Repeat with remaining batter to make 16 to 18 crepes, greasing skillet as needed.
