About 50 minutes before serving, remove container labeled Beef Bourguignon from freezer (see Braised Beef Cubes recipe on page 16).
Dip container into very hot water just to loosen.
Place 1/2 cup water and frozen block in large saucepan.
Heat uncovered over medium heat, turning occasionally, until hot, about 45 minutes.
Traditionally served with French bread.
Jo Serve Immediately; Prepare Braised Beef Cubes (page 16) except freeze only 1 container (for Braised Beef).
Add remaining sauce and the red food color to remaining half of the meat mixture; serve.
