Mornay Sauce

This Mornay sauce peps up my seafood and vegetables dishes like never before ! Try out this Mornay sauce on your favorite lunch dishes and tell me if you like them!
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated swiss cheese/Gruyere cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Mild prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whisk.
Return toa moderate heat.
Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thick ened.
Add the remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste.
