|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese/Gruyere cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Mild prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whisk.
Return toa moderate heat.
Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thick ened.
Add the remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste.
