Easy Crepes Suzette
|Sweet butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curacao||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange||1 Small, sliced|
|Lemon||1 Small, sliced|
|Dessert crepes||12 (warm)|
Cream butter and beat in sugar.
Add orange peel, juice, and curacao.
Spread orange butter on each crepe.
Fold into fourths.
Decorate with orange and lemon slices.
Pour brandy over and serve. (If flaming dessert is desired, heat brandy in small pan, pour over crepes and ignite.
