French Erie Salad
|Brie cheese||1⁄2 Pound, rind removed and softened at room temperature|
|Granola cookies||6 , processed into fine crumbs|
|Canned mandarin oranges||16 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half lengthwise|
|Bibb lettuce head||4 Small, thoroughly washed and dried|
Mold softened Brie into small squares, rectangles or rounds.
Roll in cookie crumbs to coat completely.
Refrigerate on plate until serving time.
When ready to serve, arrange Brie shapes, oranges and grapes on lettuce leaves in individual salad dishes or on a serving platter.
Serve without dressing
