Chicken Consomme With Crepes

Ingredients
  Chicken broth/Chicken bouillon 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Clarified)
  Chopped chicken 1⁄4 Pound (1 Cup- Raw)
  Chicken 1⁄4 Pound, chopped (1 Cup- Raw)
  Crepes 6
  Watercress 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Heat broth or bouillon.
Cut chicken into very thin slivers and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes in the liquid.
Cut crepes into long thin strips.
Add crepes to broth and heat through.
Float watercress on top.
