Chicken Consomme With Crepes

|Chicken broth/Chicken bouillon||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Clarified)|
|Chopped chicken||1⁄4 Pound (1 Cup- Raw)|
|Chicken||1⁄4 Pound, chopped (1 Cup- Raw)|
|Watercress||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Heat broth or bouillon.
Cut chicken into very thin slivers and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes in the liquid.
Cut crepes into long thin strips.
Add crepes to broth and heat through.
Float watercress on top.
